Join Alternative Balance Yoga for donation-based, pop-up yoga classes geared towards community + accessibility.
With a range of yoga styles including vinyasa flow, slow flow, restorative, and flow + restore variations — we aim to help people access yoga more easily both on and off the mat.
Other details:
✨ Please arrive to class 10-15 mins early to get set up and ready to start at the top of the hour.
✨ Parking is provided in front of the building/diagonal parking on the side. You may also park across the street at Ace Hardware (please use crosswalk :))
